EisnerAmper is seeking a senior-level Outsourced Services Manager who will be responsible for overseeing operational execution, internal reporting, billing coordination, and executive support for EisnerAmper's Startup Outsourcing practice. The role combines process ownership, people management, and strategic support for firm leadership. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, experienced in managing both people and systems, and capable of driving results in a fast-paced, client-service environment.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
  • Provide direct support to the Managing Partner, primarily managing a high-volume inbox and complex calendar coordination

  • Proactively flag and respond to key emails, prepare agendas, and track action items

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, logistics, and occasional travel

  • Own firm operations across the Startup Outsourcing group, including systems, tools, vendor coordination, and SOPs

  • Oversee a part-time office administrator and delegate day-to-day office logistics, including supplies, guest experience, and scheduling meals or events

  • Drive initiatives to improve workflows, productivity, and team efficiency

  • Lead monthly billing cycle: manage time entry reviews, invoice generation, and payment follow-up

  • Collaborate with client leads and accountants to ensure accuracy and timely collections

  • Maintain updated client records, engagement letters, and billing data

  • Generate dashboards and reports to support operational decision-making and employee engagement KPIs

  • Provide insights and data support to group leadership

  • Assist in onboarding new clients and employees with a focus on continuity and professionalism

  • Participate in planning team events and office gatherings to foster collaboration and morale

  • Help implement leadership communications, presentations, and internal messaging

  • Support cross-functional collaboration across EisnerAmper service lines and innovation efforts

  • In-person presence required at the San Mateo, CA office

  • Occasional extended hours related to events or special projects

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in operations, business administration, billing management, or executive support.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
  • Strong executive communication and prioritization skills

  • Experience managing systems and workflows across cross-functional teams

  • Expertise in calendar and inbox management for senior executives

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and G Suite

  • Familiarity with tools such as QuickBooks, Xero, CRMs, and project management platforms

  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple competing priorities

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building process from scratch

  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage junior staff or administrative support

85000

and

150000

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
