What You've Accomplished

• Completion of a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or comparable experience in lieu of degree
• At least 12 years of directly related experience
• Advanced knowledge of related technical standards, techniques, and criteria
• Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical abilities and problem identification/resolution skills

Your Opportunity

This full-time role is about making an impact on people's lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As an NPC Product Line Manager in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the IB-Products Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include:

• Managing all aspects of the business through effective leadership of cross-functional teams
• Leading and motivating teams by establishing and clearly communicating vision and purpose while driving ownership and accountability to achieve results
• Planning and managing short-long-term product line financials including income statements, cash flows, and balance sheets
• Identifying, developing, and managing a portfolio of strategic supplier partnerships in accordance with the strategic supplier partnership program
• Leading the business planning process for the product line
• Leading the coordination and prioritization of product line activities including organizing and directing personnel, materials, and equipment
• Collaborating with other customer-facing roles to establish and maintain favorable customer relationships, develop new business, and promote the Framatome brand

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $130,000 - $176,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
