Job Description:
Job Description General Description: The Process Improvement Consultant III will play a critical role in enhancing clinical operations at an enterprise level. The consultant will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline processes, and enhance patient care quality and operational efficiency. This role will focus on enterprise-wide process improvement strategy, stakeholder engagement, and coaching leadership teams and will coach and mentor moderate to the most complex process improvement efforts. General Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, business, industrial engineering, or related field required. Master's degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MPH, MHA). Experience: 5 or more years of experience in process improvement with a focus on healthcare/clinical operations required. Experience working in an academic medical center or large hospital system preferred. License(s)/Certification(s)/Registration(s) Required: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required. Black Belt preferred.
