Primarily performs installation, maintenance, repair, testing, and modification of critical low-voltage electronic systems and associated wiring throughout the healthcare campus. Focuses on ensuring the reliability and compliance of systems essential for life safety, patient care communications, and security within the hospital environment. Ability to work rotating shift when needed. Valiant Integrated Services is an employer who hires in accordance with applicable state and federal law. Fire alarm, Life safety, safe operation and repairs. NFPA, Federal, TJC, and State regulations OSHA safety rules, AHA (Activity Hazard Analysis), LOTO (lockout-tag out). Ability to: Safely perform tasks noted in essential duties. Coordinate and work with other staff members to achieve project deadlines. Read and comprehend operations and maintenance manuals, schematics, blue prints, and shop drawings. Have excellent oral and written communications skills Ability to troubleshoot systems using electronics, computers, and software systems. Use of computers for checking email, data entry on Computer Maintenance Management Software (CMMS), and training. Solely identify and resolve failures/alarms related to critical building equipment. Fabricate items, using hand and power tools. Accurately determine time and materials required for a job.
