The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the Distribution Center plays a key role in aligning workforce strategies with operational goals to drive performance, safety, and employee engagement in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. As a trusted advisor to DC leadership, the HRBP provides strategic guidance and hands-on support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This role partners closely with operations leaders, HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), and shared services to deliver integrated HR solutions that support business priorities while fostering a culture grounded in doing the right thing, honesty, and respect. The HRBP ensures that HR practices are not only compliant and efficient but also enhance the employee experience and contribute to a positive, productive workplace. HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
