Job Overview: Product Managers (also known as Business Product Managers, or BPMs) at Learning A-Z are responsible for the overall market success of the products they manage-driving revenue, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering meaningful learning outcomes for students. We're hiring a Principal Product Manager to drive a strategic new product initiative that expands Learning A-Z's portfolio. In this role, you'll own product strategy and execution, partner cross-functionally to deliver high-quality experiences, and serve as the internal champion for the product. You'll collaborate closely with Technical Product Managers, Product Marketing, Learning Design, and Engineering to guide both product development and go-to-market execution. In your first 6 months, you will run research and discovery work for a new product offering-synthesizing market insights, conducting customer research, defining opportunity spaces, and shaping the initial strategy and roadmap.
