As a Supply Chain Coordinator at Systems Control, you will provide purchasing and administrative support to the Procurement and Supply Chain Management teams. This is an onsite postion in Iron Mountain. MI.

A Day In The Life

  • Supports Buyers and Purchasing Clerk in issuing purchase orders and tracking deliveries for materials, supplies, equipment and outside services
  • Receives acknowledgements, tracks late deliveries and communicates with suppliers
  • Supports Purchasing Clerk with updating and tracking supplier quality issues in the NCN process
  • Support Purchasing Clerk to maintain and updates material and vendor information in Syteline; including pricing, lead time, and min/max levels
  • Assists the Material Specialist and Buyers with adding/removing items from Kanban and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)
  • Maintains a filing system in the purchase department and updating appropriate records when required
  • Assists Accounts Payable by processing invoices for payment
  • Supports Material Coordinator, Buyers and Director of Supply Chain Management with specific projects.
