Project Controls Specialist - 1-year contract

Your Day-to-Day:

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules usingPrimavera P6.
• Conductweekly and monthly schedule updatesby gathering input from project managers and internal stakeholders.
• PerformQA/QC scheduleon contractor submittals and ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Conductrisk analysisto identify and communicate schedule-related risks and mitigation strategies.
• Generate and distribute schedule reports and dashboards usingExceland internal tools.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely project data.
• Participate in regular meetings with project managers to review progress and at-risk activities.
• Support a small team of Project Controls Specialists in acollaborative and supportivework environment.

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

• 10+ yearsof experience in project lifecycle scheduling.
• Proficiency inPrimavera P6andMicrosoft Excel.
• Strong understanding ofproject management processesandrisk analysis.
• Experience supportinglarge, complex projects, preferably in theutilities or oil/gasindustries.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
• Familiarity withproject lifecycle schedulesand contractor schedule analysis.
• Experience inutility or energy sectorprojects.
• Familiarity withdata analytics tools(e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Higher education in engineering, construction management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
