Position Title: Production Lead
Wage: $20.00 - $25.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm QPS Employment Group is seeking a Production Lead for a company in Elk Grove Village, IL. This company is a growing beauty product manufacturer. This key role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring staff productivity, machine readiness, and overall workflow efficiency.
