Be the Best Senior People Data Analyst You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR or analytics-related role
  • 3-5 years Experience with HR systems such as Workday, applicant tracking systems, or learning management systems, preferred
  • Experience working with HR/Recruiting analytics
  • Experience managing sensitive or confidential data with discretion.
  • Exposure to statistical tools or coding languages (e.g., SQL, R, Python) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Compile and analyze data related to workforce metrics such as headcount, turnover, hiring, compensation, and performance.
  • Build and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Qlik Cloud, or Visier.
  • Partner with HR teams to gather requirements and deliver ad-hoc and recurring analytics that support business needs.
  • Assist in identifying and cleaning data from multiple HR systems (e.g., Workday, iCIMS, payroll, LMS).
  • Create visualizations and presentations for executive-level audiences that clearly communicate insights and trends.
  • Support the People Analytics team in AI-related initiatives by validating model outputs and conducting data quality checks.
