Description Acara Solutions is seeking an Electro/Mechanical Assembler to join our client on a temp to hire opportunity located in Durham North Carolina First Shift Mon-Fri 10AM - 6PM $30hr. payrate Possible temp to hire Job Summary This role involves assembling, testing, and troubleshooting camera systems and components to ensure high-quality performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities Assemble camera components including sensor packages, circuit board assemblies, and camera assemblies using precision tools Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions Perform soldering, crimping, and wire harness assembly Conduct quality inspections and functional testing of assembled units Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve assembly issues Run automated and semi-automated testing and ensure Maintain accurate records of production and test results Documentation of assembly processes and work instructions (SOPs). Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent Preferred Skills / Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in electronics or camera assembly Proficiency with hand tools, soldering irons, and measuring instruments Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Familiarity with optics handling Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
