Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Digital Architecture to lead the digital architecture function across USPB (US Personal Banking) in Citi. The successful candidate will be accountable for shaping the strategy working with the leadership team, determining the approach to implementation, and helping the application teams deliver tangible outcomes. This leader will be responsible for end results, budgeting, planning, policy formulation, and contribution to future strategy. They will have full management responsibility for a team including people, budget, and planning. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the strategic direction of the function, combined with a solid conceptual/practical grounding in digital architecture and related subject areas. They will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate internally at a senior level, and will be responsible for providing architectural vision for all IT systems, ensuring alignment with enterprise blueprints. They will drive innovation in digital architecture, leading a team of solutions architects and collaborating with the CIO and CIO directs to drive business outcomes and value.Typically, a direct report to a C16 role and function as an integral member of the functional leadership team within a country/site location, job family, or line of business.
