Each practice is furnished with cutting-edge technologies and staffed by experienced Optometrists. They pride themselves on serving patients with a full range of superior, customized eye care services, from thorough eye exams and management for ocular disease to LASIK co-management, ortho-k, emergency eye care, eyeglasses, and contact lenses. With multiple locations, Eye Trends is a highly accessible and reliable choice for patients across the Houston area. What you'll do: As a Floating Optometrist, you'll practice full-scope optometry, providing exceptional care and educating patients about their ocular health. You'll be supported by a team of 13 dedicated employees and utilize advanced technology, including Optos and Visual Fields. This is a full-time position, with 8-hour workdays Monday through Friday, and alternating 6-hour Saturdays. You can expect to see up to 24 patients per day, managing a well-established patient base. You'll be joining a practice with long-tenured staff who are proficient in all aspects of the practice, fostering a healthy and friendly practice environment. Candidates must hold a current or pending OD license in Texas. While not required, experience in pediatric eye care and treating glaucoma is a definite plus.
