Job Summary:

We are currently seeking our newest innovator to join our dynamic team as a Manager, Partnerships for LG Channels on the North American Platform Content & Services Team!

Position Summary

LG Channels is a Free, Ad Supported streaming service available globally on LG Smart TVs. It is a top app on the LG webOS platform and continues to be a source of free entertainment for millions of viewers looking for News, TV Shows, Movies and more. The Manager, Partnerships for LG Channels is a critical position requiring a diverse skillset in partner management, content business development, programmatic advertising, and data-informed business strategy. The ideal candidate should have experience with partner management, contracts, strategy, and programmatic advertising. This role must show the ability to lead projects and deliver measurable results in a large multinational organization.

Responsibilities:



  • Identify, establish, and manage partnerships with content owners, service providers, other stakeholders of LG Channels
  • Identify growth opportunities within the streaming ecosystem, focusing on revenue generation and audience growth. Concisely relay these opportunities to senior management.
  • Lead the relationship with advertising operations to ensure monetization aligns with overall business objectives.
  • Leverage content and ad sales data to assess the effectiveness of partnerships and optimize performance, create materials that effectively summarize those findings, and lead presentations to partners and colleagues.
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends in the FAST, streaming, and programmatic advertising spaces, including emerging technologies, industry regulations, and competitive landscape.
  • Must be available to be in-office full time. Must be available ~1 night for weekly calls with HQ
  • Occasional travel required for industry events or partner meetings


Qualifications:



  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, programmatic advertising
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and negotiating strategic partnerships within the streaming space.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising technologies (e.g., SSPs, DSPs, RTB) and their application in the FAST and streaming environment.
  • Existing relationships with digital and/or streaming content companies
  • BA/BS required. Master's degree or MBA preferred.

Recruiting Range
$112,000 - $150,000 USD
