Now Hiring: Customer Service Representatives (Remote-Friendly \| Call Center Role) Make a difference in patients' lives while growing your career in healthcare finance! In this role, you'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line-answering questions, resolving billing issues, and helping patients find solutions that work for them. You'll work in a supportive, fast-paced call center environment where your performance is recognized and rewarded. What You'll Do: * Take inbound calls from patients regarding their billing statements * Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and mail * Explain account balances, payment options, insurance changes, and dispute resolutions * Negotiate payment plans and process credit card payments * Escalate complex issues to team members when needed * Meet daily performance goals and contribute to a positive team culture What We're Looking For: * 1+ year of recent call center experience * Experience in healthcare, insurance, or medical billing preferred * Strong communication and customer service skills * Comfortable using Microsoft Office and navigating multiple systems * Bilingual candidates are a plus! Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.85 - $17.69/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
