Position Title: Video Production Manager

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote) Position Summary:
The Video Project Manager (I) works closely with the Video Account Manager II to assist in the production of high-quality video projects that come into our organization's Ad Agency (A3). Background & Context:
- The VPM (I) will serve an integral role within the video account group by working closely with multiple internal A3 teams to ensure all activities and tasks needed to produce a high-quality video are achieved and adhered to in a timely fashion for the immediate benefit of our internal business stakeholders and our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Under the delegation and guidance of the Video Account Manager II, the VPM (I) will manage assignments with a focus on quality, creativity, and alignment with our organization's Ways of Working and strategic goals.
- The VPM (I) will assume ownership of their video assignments, ensuring the A3 production integrity is upheld.
- The VPM (I) will assist the Video Account Manager II when needed on projects for production. This would include project management, client communication and miscellaneous tasks to assist for a video production.
- The VPM (I) understands and adheres to timelines and prioritizes projects that align with our organization's Business Critical philosophy.
- The VPM (I) will understand and abide by our organization's guidelines including, but not limited to, corporate branding, product branding (as delegated from the creative team), Legal and OEC compliance.
- This position has a full understanding of the A3 agency workflow process, including opening projects, kickoffs, workflow with script/storyboarding, collaboration, reviews from the A3 internal teams, client and med/reg approvals, production and archiving.
- The VPM (I) understands and can build their own budgets and timelines for pre-production, production and post-production.
- This position has full understanding for hiring OC and VO talent for video productions.
- Is a clear communicator with concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Works with external vendors to maintain the A3 level of production quality needed for our organization's videos.
- Prioritizes what is best for the agency/company and apply our organization's Ways of Working.
- Is comfortable working with senior level leaders on video shoots.
- Possess ability to work in a high-volume, rapidly paced environment.
- Collaborating with video production team members on assigning video work and prioritizing projects to our organization's business needs.
- Open all video jobs in Kantata, are main POC with vendors and video team.
- Facilitate ongoing, timely and accurate communications to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Create their own estimates and timelines.
- Schedule archiving on projects where needed.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 4-8 years of ad agency experience required; pharmaceutical experience a plus
- Excellent communications skills: verbal, presentation, written
- High energy, positive, organized individual who is comfortable in a high-visibility role
- Great collaborator with ability to focus on both the big picture and small details
