Project Manager

What You Will Do In This Role:

• Oversee various projects of significant magnitude in terms of complexity, cost, time-constraints, internal and external staffing, and equipment including software and hardware.
• Provide direction to project team including assignment of individual responsibilities, tasks, and technical functions.
• Manage projects within the triple constraints of scope, schedule, and budget. Identify and manage project risks with actionable mitigation strategies. Analyze project profitability forecasts appropriate monthly costs for revenue recognition and ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Manage business development and "add-on" sales opportunities as they relate to specific projects.
• Oversee Project Management Practices and Solution Development Leadership to the Pre-Sales efforts in accordance with pre-sales processes.
• Oversee detailed project schedules inclusive of all in-scope engineering, installation, and integration schedule activities as well as explicit and implicit out-of-scope milestones by others impacting project execution.

What We Are Looking For:

• Requires a bachelor's degree (or foreign educational equivalent) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or closely related field and 3 years' experience as a Project Manager, Mechanical Engineer, Commissioning Engineer, or closely related occupation in the material handling industry.
• Requires PMP certification and 3 years' experience with WMS software; package conveyance, sort subsystem, shuttle systems, automated storage and retrieval systems for mini loads, cartons, pallet handling systems; and automated guided vehicles. Up to 30% domestic travel required to various unanticipated locations.
