Summary:
Baptist Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate CT Technologist - Team Lead to support the diagnostic imaging team in delivering high-quality computed tomography (CT) services. This position plays a dual role in performing advanced CT procedures and providing leadership in day-to-day operations, quality assurance, and protocol compliance. Key Responsibilities:
The CT Technologist - Team Lead performs CT scans following department protocols, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Responsibilities include verifying patient identity, obtaining clinical history, educating patients, and assisting radiologists during procedures. The role also involves overseeing a specialty area, maintaining ACR accreditation, ensuring equipment functionality, and regulatory compliance. Additional duties include producing quality images, accurate documentation in the EHR, charge verification, maintaining a professional work environment, supporting team communication, and participating in on-call coverage.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree required from accredited Radiology Program.

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in CT imaging.

• Current ARRT (CT) certification.

• Current Kentucky Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy (KMIRT) license.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire.
