Primary Purpose Bright Horizons is seeking a dynamic and strategic Corporate Communications Director to lead executive communications and shape the company's voice across all key audiences. This role is responsible for crafting compelling messaging that reflects our culture, values, and business priorities-ensuring alignment across families, clients, employees, investors, and the broader public. The ideal candidate is a masterful storyteller and strategic thinker who can translate complex business concepts into clear, engaging narratives. This leader will work closely with senior executives to develop speeches, presentations, and thought leadership content, while also managing sensitive and high-profile communications that reinforce Bright Horizons' position in the community as a trusted leader in early education and family solutions. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week onsite at our headquarters in Newton, MA.
