Role: Sr Front End Engineer Location: Remote Duration: 5 Months Job Description: We're seeking a seasoned Senior Frontend Engineer with deep expertise in React.js to help shape and scale our user-facing platforms. You'll join a fast-moving, cross-functional team where your ideas will help drive product innovation and user satisfaction. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain web applications using React.js with Typescript and related technologies. Lead architectural decisions and frontend best practices across the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers and backend engineers to create high-quality user interfaces. Implement responsive design to ensure applications are accessible on various devices and screen sizes. Optimize applications for speed, accessibility, and responsiveness. Mentor Junior developers, participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and front-end technologies to ensure the application remains modern and to introduce tools that will improve team's efficiency. Requirements: 5+ years of frontend development experience with a strong focus on React.js. Proven experience as a React Developer or similar role. Deep understanding of React ecosystem: hooks, context, state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand). Experience with frontend tooling: Webpack, Babel, ESLint, etc. Experience with REST APIs and asynchronous programming. Passion for clean, well-tested, maintainable code. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong understanding of IT security principles and cybersecurity concepts. Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Working understanding of Agile, Scrum, Design Thinking, and principles. Familiar with AWS Services like API Gateway, Route 53, Lambda etc. Experience working with Atlassian Confluence and Jira a plus. | |
