Location: U.S. Remote

Reports To: Chief Transformation Officer



About the Role

As part of our Transformation Office, the Senior Director of Internal Value Realization will lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of business cases, KPI frameworks, value tracking tools, and reporting capabilities to measure the impact of strategic initiatives. This role is pivotal in translating cross-functional transformation efforts into tangible, measurable business outcomes.

You'll partner closely with initiative owners, finance teams, data and analytics stakeholders, and senior executives to enable timely and insightful performance tracking, embed data-driven decision-making, and ensure consistent realization of expected benefits across the organization.

This is aremote leadership rolethat willbuild and manage a team of analystsas the function scales. You will be responsible formentoring, coaching, and developing talentto support enterprise-wide delivery excellence. You will alsolead change management efforts, ensuring that value realization/business case practices are adopted consistently and that stakeholders are supported through transitions in delivery models and governance.

What You'll Be Doing in the Role

Lead Value Realization Tracking: Design and manage integrated frameworks and processes to track KPIs, value delivery, and ROI of enterprise transformation initiatives.
Develop & Own Reporting Capabilities: Build dashboards and reporting packages that synthesize progress across programs and functions, enabling visibility for initiative leads, executive sponsors, and the enterprise.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Serve as a strategic partner to Finance, Operations, Product, HR, and other functions to ensure alignment on metrics, assumptions, and tracking mechanisms - while remaining embedded within the Transformation Office.
Drive Data-Backed Insights: Use advanced analytics and performance modeling to identify risks, optimization opportunities, and impact levers, communicating clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Standardize KPI Governance: Establish common methodologies, templates, and governance practices to ensure consistency in value capture and initiative reporting across all business units.
Support Executive Decision-Making: Prepare and deliver clear, executive-level presentations, progress summaries, and strategic insights to senior leadership, including ELT and Board-level stakeholders.
Promote a Culture of Delivery Excellence: Encourage collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the portfolio ecosystem.

Qualifications/Experience & Education



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or relevant Master's preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, Revenue Operations, FP&A, consulting, analytics, or a related strategic function
  • Deep experience with business case modeling, value realization frameworks, and KPI development



Knowledge & Skills



  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on knowledge of tools such as Excel, Tableau/Power BI, SQL, or similar
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and manage cross-functional stakeholders
  • Proven success presenting insights to senior executives and creating executive-ready materials
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, etc.) is a plus
