Title: Director, Internal Value Realization - P5 Location: U.S. Remote Reports To: Chief Transformation Officer About the Role As part of our Transformation Office, the Senior Director of Internal Value Realization will lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of business cases, KPI frameworks, value tracking tools, and reporting capabilities to measure the impact of strategic initiatives. This role is pivotal in translating cross-functional transformation efforts into tangible, measurable business outcomes. You'll partner closely with initiative owners, finance teams, data and analytics stakeholders, and senior executives to enable timely and insightful performance tracking, embed data-driven decision-making, and ensure consistent realization of expected benefits across the organization. This is aremote leadership rolethat willbuild and manage a team of analystsas the function scales. You will be responsible formentoring, coaching, and developing talentto support enterprise-wide delivery excellence. You will alsolead change management efforts, ensuring that value realization/business case practices are adopted consistently and that stakeholders are supported through transitions in delivery models and governance.
