Your core mission is to translate corporate growth priorities into high-impact product marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, boost margins, and expand market share.In this role, you'll serve as the strategic link between cross-functional partners-including Product Management, Finance, Go-To-Market (GTM) Teams, Marketing, and Executive Leadership-to develop and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy for segment-specific solutions. Your responsibilities will span the entire product lifecycle, from market sizing and competitive analysis to go-to-market planning, launch execution, lifecycle management, and profitability optimization. You will be expected to blend analytical rigor with strategic insight and executional excellence, ensuring that every product we bring to market is positioned for success and aligned with customer needs and business objectives. Your remit spans three critical dimensions: Strategic Marketing Leadership: * Drive fact-based market and competitive intelligence that shape productroadmaps, pricing, and packaging decisions. * Built on a foundation of product knowledge, exhibit world class communication skills in both writing and presentation Commercial & Financial Stewardship : *Build data driven business cases and ROI models that unlock investment, guide forecasting, and deliver on revenueand business goals. *Define and track success metrics to ensure every campaign and asset ladders up to our P&L targets. Messaging & Go-to-Market Excellence : *Craft compelling positioning, value stories, and sales narratives that translate complex network capabilities into "must-have" outcomes for consumers and align across all T-Mobile business units. *Enable frontline teams with playbooks, competitive battlecards, and executive ready content that accelerates customer sales and adoption. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Commercial ownership of product success Go-to-market Strategy : Experience developing go-to-market strategies, messaging and related tactics in close cooperation with Product Management and Sales (Required) Segmentation: A strong technical foundation, including experience delivering segment-specific solutions (Required) Customer Experience Management: Extensive customer interaction experience and customer success storytelling (Required) Communication: Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and strong content development skills (crisp messaging and compelling presentation of content) as well as excellent presentation, writing and editing skills (Required) Project Management: Proven interaction, interface and project management with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing programs/campaigns, demand generation, field marketing and sales (Required)
Travel: The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
