What you'll be doing...

In this role, you will proactively identify opportunities to drive FWA customer base retention and revenue growth strategies, formulating ideas and carrying them through execution and beyond to retrospective, post-launch analysis, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing performance across a variety of metrics, i.e. KPIs, LNP, Segmentation, Propensity, etc. to uncover new opportunities for growth and revenue from the Verizon Consumer FWA Home base.

  • Harnessing the power of our Big Data to identify the best ways to target consumers. Use broad industry perspective to interpret competitive information, draw intelligent conclusions, provide assessments at the strategic and tactical level, and formulate promo recommendations on proactive and/or reactive actions.

  • Leveraging data to formulate a perspective and develop an integrated marketing strategy to lead churn mitigation programs, product lifecycle programs and/or upgrade programs based on the current business environment.

  • Working cross functionally with stakeholders in Sales, Operations, Marketing, IT, Operations, Finance to build and complete business cases and well as operational plans; Present strategy to key VPs and directors within the organization and align resources and cross functional support to execute on the plan of record; integrate roadmap into the communication plan to show how each initiative is aligned to the business revenue targets and your critical area of focus.

  • Understanding the consumer behavior within the home mobile industry and how competitive actions influence the marketing landscape and our ability to meet our objectives from a growth & retention perspective.

  • Candidate must demonstrate creativity, outside the box thinking, and ability to solve business problems with limited directions (resourceful to get information from various sources, present key findings to leadership and provide holistic recommendations).

  • Utilizing experience and business knowledge to develop annual marketing plans as well as guide strategy & execution of key marketing programs.

  • Understanding and leveraging knowledge of Verizon Database infrastructure, propensity models and ability to translate into campaign level initiatives for customer actions.

  • Working within CRM systems & tools to design and implement marketing programs for both inbound and outbound campaigns; Have a working knowledge of CRM processes from marketing and customer experience perspective.

You are a team player that is able to work cross functionally, motivate individuals inter/intra organization while meeting business objectives, timely.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

  • Experience in strategic marketing planning & financial analysis.

  • Experience gathering, organizing and analyzing large amounts of information.

  • Experience presenting ideas and content to a variety of stakeholders at various levels.

  • Experience working collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.

  • Ability to influence executive conversation on perspective or key decision.

Even better if you have:

  • A Master's degree, preferably an MBA in Marketing.

  • SQL and Database management experience.

  • Experience in marketing and finance-related roles, such as market research, financial analysis, product marketing, or strategic planning desired.

  • Experience in the home telecommunications industry.

  • Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills with the ability to see things not readily apparent to others and to find unique solutions to complex challenges.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to clearly express complex ideas.

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power Point.

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work with minimal supervision, and independently manage concurrent projects to timely completion.

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and to "see the big picture".

  • Strong business acumen and ability to provide strong insights required to build business cases for offer approval.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $124,000.00 - $238,000.00.
