As the Branch Manager III, you'll oversee all sales and operations functions for a high-performing branch office with annual revenue exceeding $10M. You'll lead a team of operations and sales professionals delivering a full range of make-ready, repair and maintenance, renovation, and capital expenditure services to our multi-family clients.

In this role, you'll be responsible for optimizing productivity, quality, and safety, while developing branch staff, engaging qualified independent contractors, and improving operational procedures. You'll also play a pivotal role in maintaining strong client relationships, maximizing financial performance, and fostering a high-performance culture across the branch and any satellite locations within your assigned geography.

The ideal candidate is a growth-minded, hands-on leader with a proven track record of successfully managing large, multi-department operations with full profit and loss (P&L) accountability.

Compensation & Work Environment Details:

Competitive starting salary from: $110,000+

Bonus: Target bonus is 17.5% of annual salary (paid quarterly)

Auto Allowance: Fixed bi-weekly payment + monthly variable mileage reimbursement

Work Schedule: Flexibility to work outside standard hours as needed

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and Grow the Branch: Drive all aspects of branch strategy, operations, financial performance, and team leadership to support continued revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Financial Ownership: Monitor and manage branch P&L, ensuring achievement of revenue, gross profit, and EBITDA goals. Handle WIP backlog, billing processes, lien waivers, and subcontractor invoices.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Oversee execution of make-ready and renovation, ensuring timeliness, quality, and safety across all jobs.
  • Develop High-Performing Teams: Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff and contractors, setting clear expectations and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Strengthen Client Relationships: Act as a key point of contact for property managers and client teams, ensuring satisfaction, addressing concerns, and driving client retention.
  • Implement Operational Improvements: Champion process optimization, technology initiatives, and operational excellence programs to enhance branch performance.
  • Drive Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and collaborate with the sales team to expand service offerings and market presence.
  • Support Satellite Locations: Oversee operations for additional small branch offices or satellite locations within your territory, ensuring consistent standards and performance.

What We're Looking For:

  • Leadership Experience: 10+ years of branch operations leadership with experience managing branches exceeding $10M in annual revenue.
  • Industry Knowledge: 7+ years in construction, renovation, painting, restoration, or other highly transactional Branch-based service business; multi-family experience strongly preferred.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong experience managing P&L, budgets, and financial reporting.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to oversee large projects and teams with attention to detail, timelines, and quality control.
  • Client-Focused: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust and resolve client issues quickly.
  • Sales Orientation: Skilled in proposal development, sales strategy, and business growth.
  • Team Builder: Experience managing Project Managers and Superintendents responsible for larger-scale projects.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to adapt to new platforms and technologies.
  • Bilingual: English/Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Driver's License: Required with frequent in-market travel.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs., walk properties (including stairs), and work in varying weather conditions

The final compensation offered will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's location, level of experience, and skill set. As such, it may fall outside the range listed above.
