Job Title: Systems Engineer Location: Las Vegas, NV Employment Type: Full-Time \| Onsite Job Summary: Our client is seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to lead and support a variety of enterprise-level IT initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in Microsoft environments, virtualization, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will also serve as a mentor to junior engineers and play a key role in maintaining and evolving our infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage infrastructure projects across Windows-based environments. * Design, implement, and maintain virtualization solutions, primarily using VMware. * Support and optimize cloud services, with a focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability, scalability, and security. * Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers. * Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell. * Administer and support Office 365 and related Microsoft services. Required Skills & Qualifications: * MCSE certification or equivalent experience in Microsoft environments. * Proven experience with VMware and virtualization technologies. * Strong understanding of GCP and Azure cloud platforms. * Experience in enterprise systems engineering and infrastructure management. * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills: * Proficiency in PowerShell scripting. * Experience with Office 365 administration. * Previous experience in a mentoring or leadership role within IT teams. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $99000.00 - $137000.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
