As a Senior Platform Engineer specializing in Integration and Messaging, you will play a critical role in architecting, developing, and optimizing complex distributed messaging and streaming platforms that support Capital Group's foundational business applications and services. You'll be a key member of an enterprise-wide technology team, providing advanced engineering solutions for secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud-based systems. Your expertise will empower internal customers to successfully leverage Capital Group's integration and messaging ecosystem, ensuring robust, reliable, and innovative platform capabilities. You will partner with software and platform engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality features across CG's Internal Developer Platform product lifecycle, while collaborating with security, risk, and compliance teams to protect the enterprise. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving engineering excellence, optimizing performance, and establishing best practices for integration middleware and messaging solutions. In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
