Warehouse Support

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage the return process.
• Responsible for damage collection/accuracy of damage product.
• Researching and finding lost product. This includes finding out where product is to be re-slotted if necessary and make corrections.
• Researching returns placed in the Lost and Found area.
• Helping warehouse with inventory issues/problems.
• Supplier Damage-Consolidate, wrapping, staging product and getting ready for shipping once a week.
• Data Entry for weekly reporting.
• Attend and participate in weekly Inventory Control meetings.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree
• Able to pass a physical abilities test and lift up to 60 pounds during shift
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

YOU MAY ALSO HAVE

• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
• Working knowledge and understanding of AS400 and RP systems
• Previous experience operating warehouse equipment including, RF scanners, pallet jack, and forklift

ROLE SPECIFICS

• Full Time: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM

• Warehouse environment with temperature extremes ranging from -5 degrees in frozen to ambient temperatures in dry up to 80 degrees
• Extensive standing and/or walking on concrete surfaces
