Duties: Regal Rexnord Corporation seeks an IT Applications Product Lead, reporting to headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to develop software and IT applications. Monitor IT system health. Write automation scrips using Powershell, Bash, and Python. Responsible for identifying non-compliance areas and partnering with development and/or infrastructure to correct performance issues. Develop and test software using DevOps CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) tools including Jenkins, Octopus, Azure DevOps, and Github Actions. Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies for code deployments. Strategize and execute end-to-end performance engineering efforts to achieve scalable and distributed cloud, hybrid, and on-perm systems. Debug and troubleshoot software and IT applications to resolve and correct performance or scalability issues. Analyze performance test results and work with cross functional teams to identify performance bottlenecks and their root cause. Build, test, and deploy software applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure Function applications. Generate reports and metric dashboards for use in forecasting and improving the performance of E-commerce websites. Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA), continue to improve upon existing RCA methods, and conduct post-mortems. Reduce organizational toil through automation, scripting, and implementation of toolsets. Monitor the performance of E-commerce websites using application performance monitoring tools including AppDynamics, Dynatrace, NewRelic, and Microsoft AppInsights. Utilize cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Position may telecommute 5 days per week. Annual salary: $113,110 - 133,600/year. Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field plus three years of software development experience. Must have at least three years of experience in each of the following: 1. Writing automation scrips using Powershell, Bash, and Python; 2. Developing and testing software using DevOps CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) tools including Jenkins, Octopus, Azure DevOps, and Github Actions; 3.
