Pay & Schedule

Pay Range: $35-$41 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Direct Hire

What You'll Do

As a CMM Inspector, you'll ensure product conformance to exact specifications by creating, validating, and troubleshooting CMM programs. You'll support new product development, provide inspection expertise, and lead continuous improvement efforts across the quality team.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Program and operate CMMs and vision systems to meet precise tolerances and GD&T standards
  • Perform inspections, including First Article Inspections (FAIs), using a variety of tools and gauges
  • Troubleshoot and amend existing CMM programs
  • Collaborate with engineering teams during design reviews and capability evaluations
  • Lead or support projects related to fixture and gage design
  • Provide training and mentorship to fellow inspectors and technicians
  • Validate new measurement systems and inspect samples for new product development
  • Contribute to process improvements and cost reduction initiatives using Lean principles
  • Support cross-departmental inspection needs and maintain quality documentation

What You Bring to the Role



  • 2-5 years of CMM programming experience (required)
  • Advanced knowledge of GD&T and metrology principles
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal/written communication and multitasking skills
  • Hands-on experience in a precision manufacturing environment
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and apply measurement techniques
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams
