NCH a worldwide manufacturer of extensive line of maintenance, repair and supply products to customers in over 55 countries worldwide is currently seeking candidates for Maintenance Supervisor at its Mohawk Labs division located in Irving, Texas. We are looking for a "Proven Leader" who can manage the corrective and preventive maintenance needs for four dynamic manufacturing and distribution facilities.

Responsibilities include:

Plant safety, Environmental compliance

Prioritize and direct the daily workflow of the maintenance department.

Work with production managers to schedule all preventive and corrective maintenance.

Strive to minimize downtime of production equipment and maximize plant efficiency.

Supervise/Mentor 10 associates.

Position Requirements:

3 to 5 years of supervisory experience and 10 to 15 years of related maintenance experience.

Experience with multiple types of chemical blending and filling equipment. Pumps, Valves, Piping ....

Experience with troubleshooting electrical and Automation equipment.

High level of decision making and problem solving

Computer literate and experienced in the utilization of a computer maintenance management system.
