*Description*
We are looking for a seasoned Lead Voice Engineer to oversee the architecture, deployment, and support of enterprise voice and contact center systems, with deep expertise in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM). This role will lead strategic voice initiatives and ensure high availability and performance of voice infrastructure across the organization. Key Responsibilities: *Design, implement, and manage Cisco voice infrastructure including CUCM, Unity Connection, UCCX/UCCE, and related components. *Lead contact center technology initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with CRM and workforce management platforms. *Provide technical leadership for voice projects, mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams. *Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvement. *Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational standards. Qualifications: *8+ years of experience in enterprise voice engineering, with 5+ years focused on Cisco voice technologies. *Proven expertise in CUCM, SIP, QoS, and voice gateway configuration. *Experience with contact center platforms and integrations. *Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. The team has a gap and is currently going through a webex voice migration. They need help leading the team and commanding the hospitals through this shift to help stabilize all parties. Southern Arizona's locally governed nonprofit health system, TMC Health, is the corporate entity that includes Tucson Medical Center; TMC Rincon, TMCOne primary and specialty care practices; Benson Hospital, Northern Cochise Community Hospital and their affiliates. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
