Job Overview As a Medical Client Services Representative, you'll be the vital link between our clients and our call center staff, ensuring smooth communication and efficient issue resolution. You'll play a key role in enhancing client satisfaction by providing responsive support and proactive problem-solving. In addition, you'll offer essential administrative assistance to our call center team, helping streamline operations and maintain high service standards. Job Responsibilities: * Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and fax to address inquiries and provide support. * Manage and analyze client accounts to identify and resolve balance discrepancies. * Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records. * Post payments and adjustments to client accounts with precision. * Request and review itemized bills from clients to ensure billing accuracy. * Verify insurance eligibility and coverage details. * Research and retrieve necessary information from client portals and systems. * Review and process bankruptcy notifications as needed. * Generate and distribute client reports to support account transparency. * Assist with various administrative tasks and perform other duties as assigned by the manager. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
