They are currently looking for individuals who are looking to grow within their company. Previous Helpdesk or Desktop Support or PC Technician experience is preferred. IT certifications are desirable for this role. This will be a first shift opportunity. Pay will be negotiable based on experience. *Please apply if you're interested in hearing more about the opportunity* We are looking to set up interviews as early as next week Job Description: This position is staffed on site at the Traverse City Location and represents the Company by delivering customer-focused, personal, high-quality, accurate, and timely services utilizing multiple technologies and resources. The position is the first point of contact for Traverse City employees seeking help regarding their technical devices. This position will be responsible for classroom technology support that could include but is not limited to: Printer installations, laptop/desktop computer deployment, new device troubleshooting, and excellent customer service.
