*Job Summary:*
We are looking for a customer-focused IT Helpdesk Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a solid understanding of IT systems, and the ability to communicate effectively with users of varying technical backgrounds. Key Responsibilities: * User Support & Troubleshooting: * Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and software applications. * System Setup & Maintenance: * Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems. Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes including account setup, device provisioning, and access management. * Documentation & Ticket Management: * Log all support requests and resolutions in the helpdesk system. Maintain accurate records of issues, solutions, and user interactions. * Collaboration & Escalation: * Work closely with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve IT processes and user experience. Qualifications: * 1-3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role * Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common enterprise applications * Basic understanding of networking concepts, Active Directory, and remote support tools * Strong communication and customer service skills * IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals) are a plus *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
