Secretarial/Clerical/Clerk 2 7/25/2025 NORTH ASSOCIATE PRINCIPAL OPERATIONS 25-26 School Year 08/08/2025 Clerk 2 - Attendance REPORTS TO This job reports to the Assistant Principal POSITION OBJECTIVE The job of Clerk 2 - Attendance is done for the purpose/s of performing all the day-to-day attendance transactions that support the student attendance system; ensuring compliance with state reporting and documenting requirements; conveying attendance related information to appropriate parties; and providing general clerical support, information and/or direction as may be assigned at assigned school site. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Community college and/or vocational school degree with study in job-related area. REQUIRED SKILLS:

RESPONSIBILITY Responsibilities include: working under limited supervision using standardized practices and/or methods; leading, guiding, and/or coordinating others; utilization of some resources from other work units may be required to perform the job's functions. There is a continual opportunity to impact the organization's services. WORKING ENVIRONMENT The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: some lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling, some stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling and significant fine finger dexterity. Generally the job requires 50% sitting, 25% walking, and 25% standing. This job is performed in a generally clean and healthy environment.
