Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Construction Equipment Field Technician. Position Summary: Cleveland Brothers Caterpillar is seeking highly skilled Diesel Technicians for Field positions working on Large Mining and construction equipment as well as other supporting equipment. The focus of this position will be to provide mechanical repairs on a mine site in the Hazelton PA area. This will be a second shift position Monday through Friday from 4:00PM to 2:00AM. Cleveland Brothers will provide you the necessary training and specialty tools to be successful as a technician working for the largest equipment company in Pennsylvania. Primary Responsibilities: The successful applicant must have relevant working experience and be able to operate and maintain all types of Mining and construction equipment. The successful candidate must also have good human relations skills and abilities as well as the personality to successfully communicate, and problem solve with customers. Customer satisfaction is of primary concern. The essential functions of this position include the following: - Independently and successfully diagnose and repair equipment As a Field Mechanic / Technician you are required to work in an industrial environment which includes exposure to significant environmental conditions. Physical requirements include: - Work overtime as needed This is a safety sensitive position. Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications: -Wide range of various working experience is acceptable to the company including technical schools, military background and or job experience.
