We are seeking a skilled and motivated Infrastructure Business Analyst to support IT initiatives within a regulated manufacturing environment in Branchburg, NJ. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in business analysis or project coordination, particularly within GMP-compliant pharmaceutical or manufacturing settings. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between IT infrastructure and operational technology (OT), ensuring seamless integration and compliance. *Key Responsibilities:* * Project Coordination: Support infrastructure-related projects by coordinating timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. * GxP Compliance: Assist in implementing and maintaining GxP-compliant systems, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards. * Stakeholder Communication: Create and deliver presentations to communicate project status, technical concepts, and recommendations effectively. * Purdue Model Application: Utilize the Purdue Model to support IT/OT integration and enhance industrial control systems. * OT Systems Support: Provide technical support for OT systems, ensuring reliability and uptime in manufacturing environments. * Data Visualization & Reporting: Build dashboards in PowerBI and develop applications using PowerApps to support data-driven decisions. * Network Architecture Collaboration: Work with IT teams to understand and contribute to network design and infrastructure planning. * Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve Windows OS issues in lab and manufacturing environments to minimize operational disruptions. *Qualifications:* * 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator role. * Experience working in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment. * Familiarity with infrastructure-related projects and IT systems. * Basic understanding of network architecture and industrial control systems. * Knowledge of the Purdue Model and its relevance to manufacturing IT/OT. * Strong troubleshooting skills, especially with Windows Operating Systems. * Proficiency in PowerBI and PowerApps. * Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. * Preferred Skills:* * Experience with automation systems and OT platforms. * Understanding of cybersecurity principles in manufacturing environments. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
