THIS POSITION HAS TO SIT IN CLEVELAND on W2 ONLY Description WHAT THE ROLE WILL DO: Our client is undergoing a significant transformation in how IT Operations is structured and executed. Client is transitioning from a Center of Excellence model to a dedicated Operations department. They're seeking a dynamic, adaptable, and experienced IT professional to help architect and drive this transformation. This isn't just a production support role or a deep-dive into ITIL execution-this is for someone who can lead strategic transformation, operate cross-functionally, and collaborate across the enterprise to build processes and culture change. Key Responsibilities Lead transformational IT projects with a focus on operations and process improvement Collaborate across multiple teams to assess current practices and implement effective operational strategies Build and evangelize new ITSM and SDLC processes using tools like Jira and ServiceNow Develop governance models and KPIs to track efficiency and adoption Act as a strategic advisor with the ability to pivot quickly based on evolving business priorities Train and influence stakeholders throughout the organization on new practices and behaviors Serve as a center-of-excellence lead with potential to move into formal leadership as the org grows Skills* Operations management, ITSM, Process Improvement, Process Change, Change Management Additional Skills & Qualifications -Experience in process transformation and change management, particularly in an IT operations context -Ability to build and lead an effective operations organization, using data and metrics to drive improvements -Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with stakeholders and guide the organization through the transformation Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
