Job Summary

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment process for mid-to-senior level positions. This includes identifying staffing needs, developing and executing recruitment strategies, sourcing and evaluating candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the offer and onboarding process.

In this role, the Senior Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to ensure hiring goals are met while delivering a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Principal Responsibilities



  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers, HR Partners, and internal stakeholders to assess staffing needs, review job requirements, and initiate the posting process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sourcing initiatives, leading efforts to identify and attract top talent through a variety of channels.
  • Advertise open roles on careers pages, job boards, and social media platforms; proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Review resumes, screen candidates, conduct interviews, assess qualifications, present shortlisted applicants, coordinate interview logistics, and provide hiring recommendations.
  • Engage with candidates to understand their interests, motivations, and cultural alignment with the organization.
  • Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers to track recruiting progress; adjust strategies as needed to ensure timely and successful placements.
  • Represent the organization at job fairs and recruiting events to enhance employer brand and attract talent.
  • Provide regular updates and detailed reporting on recruiting activities, ensuring accountability for meeting defined recruitment metrics and goals.



Required Skills:



  • Track record of hiring top-tier talent, and hard to fill positions across Finance and Accounting, Sales and Marketing, Engineering, and other key functions.
  • Comfortable identifying, engaging, and closing passive candidates
  • Excellent knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (i.e. UKG)
  • Thrive at building collaborative relationships across a dynamic organization
  • Ability to organize skills assessments
  • A passion for embracing diversity in the hiring process
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation, laws, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think outside of the box



Basic Qualifications:



  • 5+ years' experience as a full-cycle recruiter
  • High School Diploma



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling corporate and executive-level positions.
  • Experience in the industrial gas or related industries.
  • Prior experience with military recruitment initiatives is a plus.
