Responsibilities
OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE FOR MAINTENANCE Laurel Heights Hospital is a 112-bed facility located in Atlanta Ga. We are dedicated to providing youth with compassionate mental health treatment that encourages self-responsibility and personal growth. We provide psychiatric treatment to children and adolescents that present with a broad range of psychiatric, behavioral disorders and autism. A clinically skilled multidisciplinary team works to partner with the youth and family to accomplish their goals in a supportive and therapeutic environment. Much more online at http://www.laurelheightshospital.com Our MAINTENANCE responsibilities are: Set up systems to submit purchase orders and obtain Directors approval by end of shift each day. Set-up appointments for contractors as needed. Report outcome to Director Process bid paperwork with various vendors , coordinate efforts with Director Organize and file daily work-orders. Set up folders for managers review weekly Report to Director when leaving campus for Laurel Heights Hospital related business. Participate in daily shift meetings. Pull work orders and e-mail request for each Dept./Unit . Coordinate progress with tech/housekeeper. Follow-up with Director on status of request daily. Order and sign supplies (laundry, maintenance, etc.) check off for accuracy Coordinate fire drills and disasters as requested by Director. Written report provided to Director in time for monthly EOC meetings. Maintain documentation for EOC and JACHO. Responsible for pool maintenance and dumpster pick-up as needed, coordinate efforts with Director Responsible for maintaining data for EOC and JACHO manuals. Qualifications Qualifications Education: High school diploma/GED required. Licensure/Certification: Successful completion of CPR certification.
