| Job Description Job Summary The Senior Treasury Management Advisor is responsible for Sales of Treasury Management Services to business customers, including following up on referrals from Consumer Banking, Commercial Banking, Business Banking and Trust Services. This position leads and coordinates the sales presentation effort, develops new business that aligns with assigned goals, and communicates with clients to assure customer service is being maintained. Essential Functions 
 Partner/cultivate relationships with retail officesAssist Treasury Management Operations Manager with special projects such as introducing new productsCreate meaningful relationships with customers to enhance their use of Northwest products and servicesReport work progress to supervisorCo-Plan and co-develop strategic initiatives with ManagerTrain departmental personnel on new products and servicesProduce quality business proposalsAnalyze Northwest and competition's statements for comparisonsKnowledge of account analysis productsKnowledge of IBS Treasury Management productsKnowledge of non-personal Checking ProductsProduce quality Power Point presentationsKnowledge of Municipal Account ProductKnowledge of Sweep Account ProductAnalyze/prepare target balance calculationsAnalyze/prepare Earning Credit Ratio calculations on analysis accountsKnowledge of Merchant ServicesKnowledge of Business/Debit/Credit CardsKnowledge of Remote Deposit Capture, ACH, Account Reconciliation, Positive Pay, VISA, Lockbox, and ESCROW ManagementUnderstand business cash flow cyclePerform face to face presentations and meetingsFollow sales goals and directivesCollaborate with regional teamProspect/develop new clientsIdentify client's needs and make sound recommendationsAccurately determine possible needs of customersCoordinate sales efforts with other departmentsDetermine possible clients for referralProduce personal accounts from business customersPerform regular follow-up with customersMaintain client data in CRM systemRecommend fee generating alternativesMeet production expectationsRecommend improvements to proceduresRecommend product/service enhancementsEnsure compliance with Northwest's policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulationsNavigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department in order to maximize technology tools and gain efficiencyWork as part of a teamWork with on-site equipment Education + Experience preferred 
 Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related2-6 years of Lending/Banking experience6-8 years of customer service/sales experienceAbility to analyze financial dataObtain CTP designation This position can be performed remotely, unless you live within 40 miles of one of our Hub locations which are listed below.
