About the Role
Visa is on a mission to make it seamless for anyone, anywhere to accept payments. As part of our efforts to innovate within the payment acceptance space, we are developing capabilities that reduce friction and expand access to secure and efficient acceptance experiences-particularly for small and medium businesses and emerging use cases like Tap to X.
We are seeking a Product Analyst to join the Acceptance Solutions team and help shape the future of payment acceptance. This role will serve as a critical liaison between Acceptance Solutions and cross-functional Visa teams, helping drive alignment, support execution, and accelerate innovation across our product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the product roadmap for frictionless payment acceptance experiences by synthesizing data, research, and stakeholder input
Act as a bridge between the Acceptance Solutions team and broader Visa product, engineering, and strategy teams
Track progress of key initiatives and ensure alignment across stakeholders
Analyze trends, customer needs, and product performance to identify opportunities and gaps
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and artifacts that drive decision-making and clarity
Assist in building business cases and go-to-market plans for new capabilities focused on SMB enablement and next-gen acceptance methods
Collaborate with internal teams on product launches, pilot programs, and performance monitoring

Basic Qualifications:
2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications:
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
2+ years of experience in product management, product operations, business analysis, or a similar function
Strong analytical skills and comfort with data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
Experience in payments, fintech, or enterprise platforms
Familiarity with mobile payments or emerging acceptance technologies
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Passion for solving problems that enable greater access to digital commerce Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 105,800.00 to 149,550.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
