Title: Sales Incentive Analyst

Location: Remote US

Reports To: Group Account Executive, Business Development



The Role:

Responsible for assisting in the development, design and implementation of customized incentive and spending reports for JD Power's clients. Working as part of the incentive consulting team, you will build upon your business experience and client relation skills to work with clients on incentive reporting, as well as internal data consulting and expertise to various levels within our organization.

Your work will help clients understand and analyze automotive incentives. As our product evolves your knowledge and expertise will be valuable for the implementation.

What You'll Be Doing in This Role:



  • Handling data preparation tasks independently
  • Analyzing automotive incentives, understanding incentive stacking and creating monthly payments
  • Production and delivery of reports based on client needs and completing any ad hoc requests
  • Must be a proactive problem solver and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Collaborating with team members to analyze incentive actions and communicate the analysis to clients
  • Actively participate in internal and external meetings
  • Communicate with and resolve client issues while maintaining and enhancing the existing relationship between the OEM/Banks and JD Power



Qualifications of this Role:



  • Dealership experience is a plus.
  • Demonstratable experience in the automotive industry, including knowledge of makes, models, segments. Incentive knowledge/experience a plus.
  • Exceptionally self-motivated and directed with the ability to set and manage priorities
  • Excellent critical thinking, data analysis and communication (written and verbal) skills necessary.
  • Provide support and subject matter expertise to sales and data teams around incentives.
  • Occasional travel to meet clients.
  • Microsoft office skills including Excel.
  • Software experience in Palantir would be nice to have.
