*Description*
Provides a central contact for new construction accounts within the scope of the Serve New Business Process. Ascertains required resources for service initiation and coordinates activities with Project Leaders & other Field Personnel. Serves as liaison between company and customers and monitors progress of project from initiation through completion to ensure efficient and timely initiation of service. General responsibilities with standardized processes. Works under limited supervision. Resolves routine questions and problems. Refers the more complex issues to higher levels. Follows established procedures to accomplish requirements of job. Some latitude for deviation. Maintain and coordinate service area inspections. Audit orders to ensure adherence to process. Answer inquiries from customers and Company members regarding the status of jobs and inspections. Serve as liaison between various Company departments and city/county electrical inspectors. Initiate contract; monitor project status and assure timely records updates. First contact for new construction services in our service territory. Prepare and Coordinate with Project Leaders, Schedulers & Field personnel various orders as required to initiate, terminate, maintain or correct customer records. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* CADS- Knowledge about Dispatching and Analyzing Tickets information *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
