We are seeking a highly organized and detail-orientedAdministrative Assistantto join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations with our Client Support Team. If you are a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, love solving problems, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently... you will love this opportunity!

Responsibilities:



  • Provides high level support to leadership in communications, coordinates scheduling, travel plans, and project-based support.
  • Manages and maintains calendars and schedules. Ability to prioritize and escalate requests as needed.
  • Prepare detailed meeting agendas, provide meeting support, and ensure effective follow-up on action items
  • Responsible for setting up meetings and functions.
  • Able to work independently on projects specific to the role.
  • Supports team members with a strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Manages travel needs and expenses


Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:An Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 3+ years related experience, or equivalent.

PreferredSkills:



  • Proficient in Microsoft Products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written communication skills, can check for grammar and spelling errors
  • A high level of detail accuracy with the ability to prioritize and high sense of urgency.
  • Trustworthy with information
  • Proactive approach to problem solving
  • Strong working knowledge of Teams and OneNote
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.


Travel:There is limited travel expected with this position, up to 15%. Position is in person located in Sioux Falls, SD.
