Vice President of Portfolio Management

The Vice President of Product Management is a critical member of the Healthcare and People Solutions leadership team, responsible for defining and executing the company's innovation, product management, and portfolio growth. This leader will own the full spectrum of strategic growth levers, including organic innovation, portfolio strategy, clinical affairs, partnerships, and licensing.

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of clinical or technical expertise, proven product management leadership, and a history of driving transformative innovation and successfully launching new products. This role will steer the company's shift from products to integrated solutions while optimizing portfolio focus and operational efficiency.
