About the Job:

As a Program Coordinator, you will support professional education programs and speaker bureaus, managing data and maintaining records. You will coordinate logistics, track program metrics, and perform administrative tasks to ensure successful project delivery. With strong communication and organizational skills, you will collaborate with internal teams to drive program execution and achieve project goals.

A Day in the Life:

  • Provide day-to-day project support, collaborating with team members to ensure successful program execution.
  • Manage shared communications, including team phone lines and email mailboxes, and maintain accurate data in speaker bureau portals.
  • Conduct verification checks for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), monitor evaluation responses, and flag action items to Program Managers and supervisors as needed.
  • Coordinate logistical tasks, such as HCP hotel reservations, program materials, and post-program attendance tracking.
  • Assist with financial close-out of events, pull regularly scheduled reports, and provide data to supervisors for distribution.
  • Take on ad hoc requests, including vendor onboarding, HCP research, and process payments, while learning and developing expertise in speaker bureau programs over time.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Hospitality, or Business preferred, and ideally one year of experience in customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with basic knowledge of data entry, sorting, filtering, and formulas.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and accurately, and work closely with Program Managers.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to set clear goals, prioritize tasks, and manage resources to achieve timely completion of work.
  • A client-focused approach, with the ability to interact professionally with internal colleagues and service their needs.
  • A high level of accountability, with the ability to take ownership of tasks, prioritize judiciously, and demonstrate commitment to achieving results.

Salary

$50,000 - $60,000 annually.

The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
