West Virginia University College of Law invites applications for a Visiting Assistant Professor of Law to teach during the 2025-2026 academic year. Our curricular needs include teaching Legal Analysis, Research and Writing during both the fall and spring semesters. Candidates must be available to teach in-person. This position is a nine-month visiting position, beginning in the Fall of 2025. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching four courses: two sections of Legal Analysis, Research and Writing during the fall semester and two sections during the spring semester. WVU Law is the only law school serving West Virginia. Service is the cornerstone of our mission as a land-grant institution.
