Job Title: Employee Development Specialist Location: North Charleston, SC (On-Site) Duration: 12 Months Shifts: Variable shift - Shift dependent on business needs Responsibilities: Conducts learning requirements analysis and establishes learning objectives. Tests the delivery environment and establishes system access requirements. Delivers content and assesses effectiveness based on learning objectives. Conducts Test Proctoring. Deploys development tools and monitors implementation and performance outcomes. Qualifications & Skills: Proficiency in computer navigation and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Strong verbal and written communication skills with effective knowledge transfer capabilities. Experience instructing adult learners in a professional setting. Excellent presentation and public speaking skills. Proven leadership and facilitation abilities. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to demonstrate proper hand tool usage and mechanical techniques. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in aviation or mechanical background.
