Job Summary BASIC FUNCTIONThis position is responsible for supporting enterprise-wide Business Strategies through the development and implementation of policies, procedures, tools and processes to enhance the engagement of the HCSC Workforce. Specific responsibilities include managing the administration and adherence of the Collective Bargaining Agreement for union employees and supporting day-to-day employee relations management to ensure the consistent application and development of policies and procedures. You will advance HCSC's strategic goals, and enhance employee engagement; support the development of strategic objectives and direction for the team; and manage the implementation of departmental tactical plans that identify and take advantage of opportunities to enhance employee engagement through improved learning and development, communication, team building, effective negotiation, and conflict resolution in the work environment. This Chicago IL role is hybrid/flex and requires in-office visibility three days per week, working from home the other two days. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
